Getting pregnant is hard work (that’s what she said), and word on the street is, it makes you gain weight.
After years of losing, and then gaining, and then losing, and then gaining weight again — I think the least I can do for my future babies (who we’re paying a fortune to make in the first place) is be as healthy as possible.
So, as of
January 1, 2012 (cliche, I know, but let’s not kid ourselves) (Uhhh… I mean March 19, but whatever CRAP June 25th!) I’m going to get off my ass and exercise, and stop eating crap that is horrible for me.
I don’t have a job. I want healthy, happy babies.
It’s literally the least I can do.
So from time to time, when I’m hungry, or plateauing, or desperate for some ice cream — this is where you can read alllllll about it.
