We (Smoop and I) used to make fairly elaborate Christmas candy every year — including peanut-butter cups, nonpareils, and chocolate covered pretzels.
Not this year though.
This year we haven’t found the time to technically finish the cookies we started yesterday. And by that, I mean we just made bowls of dough while eating cold leftover pizza, and then I went home.
I’m not sure how it happens, but you’d think not working at all would free up your schedule, right?
Nope. I’m somehow busier than ever.
So, this year instead of dealing with candy molds and pounds of melted chocolate, I decided to try what appeared to be the easiest Christmas candy known to man.
